1. Overview

This Dreame Limited Warranty Policy (the "Policy") begins on the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser. It applies only to products purchased through the following officially authorized store channels within the United States and is valid only for products first sold and used within the United States. To obtain a return, replacement, or warranty service, the purchaser must contact Dreame for problem diagnosis.

For purchases from third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, TikTok, eBay, etc.), please adhere to the respective platform's warranty policy. For purchases from other unauthorized sellers or offline retailers, please contact the seller directly to confirm the specific warranty policy.

This Limited Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the laws relating to the sale of consumer products. As such, this Dreame Limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.

3. Foreign Product Warranty

The Product available for purchase on this website is manufactured in accordance with U.S. standards/regulations and is intended solely for use in the United States. Our warranty service is only available in the contiguous U.S. and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. If the product is transported and used outside the contiguous U.S., any quality issues or malfunctions arising from such use will not be covered under this warranty.

Warranty service may be limited to the country where the product was first sold. Please check with Dreame to determine if local service is available for products purchased in another country.

3.1 Warranty Period

• The warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase shown on the valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice, or from the delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchase date). If the valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice is lost, the warranty period will commence three months after the date indicated on the product's nameplate located on the bottom of the product.
