1.How do I place an exchange?

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like a different product, you can:
1. Return your original order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels and protective stickers intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Place a new order for the item you'd like at your own convenience. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
Important for promotional purchases:
1. If your original order was placed during a campaign period, the same promotion can still be applied to your new order.
2. Your new order must be placed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. Campaign offers cannot be combined with any other promotions.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition — including original packaging, labels, and protective stickers intact. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. To receive a different product quickly, we recommend placing a new order at your own convenience.
Important for promotional purchases:
1. Same promotion can still be applied if purchased during a campaign.
2. New order must be within 30 days of the original purchase date.

3. Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

Dreametech offers a 30-day free trial for all orders placed on our official website. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label including our warehouse address so you can return the item for a full refund.
Dreametech cannot refund purchases from other retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for returns of such items.

4. How long does the return process take?

Once your returned package is received at our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before approval or denial.
Please allow 2–7 business days for the process to be completed. For any questions, contact our after-sales team.

5. When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once processed, the refund should appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
Please note that promotional campaigns or holidays may delay processing. For questions, submit a request via Customer Service.

6. How long is the warranty?

All Dreametech's product come with a two-year warranty, including repair, replacement and ongoing support of your product.

7. I received a Dreametech product as a gift. What happens to the refund if I return it?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to purchase the product. Depending on your payment method and the financial institution's processing times, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
